Happy St. Patrick’s Day! I hope everyone is doing something festive today! This has always been my favorite time of year, as I love all beer-drinking holidays (don’t judge;)), and my birthday is right around St. Patrick’s Day, so it’s a time full of celebration….that is, until I married my husband and March Madness took over my existence and killed my party vibes. Ugh…..I absolutely detest college basketball because of this. I’m not a huge birthday-celebrating person when it comes to myself, so I’ve always been completely happy to just party it up on St. Patty’s Day and not really acknowledge my getting another year older (especially in recent years;)); but March Madness is such a big deal in our circle of friends and takes priority among everything else….even St. Patty’s festivities (**GASP**). In my husband’s defense he does feel bad about this, and actually suggested we go to Ireland this year for St. Patrick’s Day and to celebrate my birthday, since I’ve been a good sport all these years…..but then I left my career. So needless to say, vacations abroad are on hold for a while…womp womp.
Anyhoo, that’s enough about my hashtag: FirstWorldProblems. Now on to some fashion fun…
My favorite actual color to wear is Khaki Green (as opposed to my main favorites: black and gray;)), but there are so many other beautiful green hues as well and this Friday I’ve rounded up some of my favorite green pieces in honor of St. Patty’s Day.
Of course I had to include my favorite new trench from Forever 21, which I have in Khaki, but it conveniently comes in green too;)
And how cute is this sundress from Asos? Loving the palm print trend this season.
While there isn’t a whole lot of green to be found here, I couldn’t resist this round shoulder bag from Clare Vivier for Shopbop….and BONUS: it’s on major sale!!
Check out some of my other green finds! Most of them are very budget friendly, but I did throw in a few splurge items that are just too darn pretty not to share;) Just click on the photo to shop your favorites!

I hope you all enjoy your weekend! For anyone who shares the same disdain for March Madness, feel free to reach out so we can commiserate together.;)
