Favorite Under $50: Faux Fur Leopard Print Coat
So I’ve been trying to get more organized as one of my New Year’s resolutions, and I should have known that was too tall of an order as I’ve basically fallen off the wagon already (pathetic, I know).=\ As part of my futile organization attempts, I’ve started tossing around some ideas for series type posts with high hopes that it’ll help keep my content more structured, so this “Favorite Under $50” idea is one of them. And I think this cozy faux fur leopard print coat is a great way to kick things off;)
I love the occasional statement piece, and this coat definitely fits the bill.:) I ordered a large, as sometimes their sizes tend to run on the small side and I wanted to make sure I could wear chunky sweaters with it comfortably, which worked out well. Definitely pay attention to the measurements whenever you order here. I’ve honestly been impressed with them over the last year or so, but the key is paying attention to reviews. A lot of times I crush on cute items that haven’t been reviewed yet and I’ll order anyway. Usually I still end up very happy with my purchase as long as I’ve read the description and measurements carefully. I cannot wait to create some other looks with this leopard print. Right now I’m thinking these fun red cone heeled booties from Asos would be a good start;) The heel reminds me of several Isabel Marant styles, but at a fraction of the price, which I think makes them even cuter;)
These booties I’m wearing have a really cool laser cut detailing, and I love how soft the material is. They’re actually quite comfy too…bonus;) I got them from my hubby last Christmas, but then couldn’t wear them for almost a year because of the surgery I had on my feet the week of Christmas (talk about bad timing). The good news for you all is right now they’re like half price. #YAY! They also come in a really pretty shade of brown, which I’m debating about snatching up, but I desperately need to get out of this habit of ordering the same thing in multiple colors. The struggle is so real when you really fall in love with something though…amirite?
Anyhoo….I hope everyone’s Monday is off to a great start. I’ve been working on some travel posts to cover our Greece trip, which are my favorite posts to write; but frankly they’re also the hardest for me because I majorly stress about steering people wrong. If you’ve caught any other travel posts I’ve written, like this one on London, you’ve probably noticed that these posts tend to be a lot more thorough. Probably even a little too thorough, but my goal really is to help people plan their trips, rather than just using the opportunity as an excuse to share a bunch of vacay photos.;)
I also have several DIY projects I need to post about, including our kitchen overhaul which I’m sooooo excited to share soon. I think my countertops might blow yall’s minds, but time will tell;)
What are some posts that you would like to see more (or less) of? Or if you all have any special requests, let’s hear em:)
Cheers to a great week!
